Feeling stuck or disconnected? Whether navigating life transitions, burnout, ADHD, or parental shifts, therapy offers a space to pause. I support individuals and couples through complex moments that feel heavy and difficult to define.
I specialize in working with couples and men who often lack the space to process emotional burdens. In men, internal pressure may manifest as irritability or distance; in couples, I help partners deconstruct negative patterns and rebuild collaborative, grounded connections. I work with individuals and couples using a collaborative, trauma-informed and culturally aware approach.
You’ll be supported through narrative, person-centred, CBT, ACT and Gottman-informed work in a space that feels grounding, empowering and human.
I bring a warm, direct and steady presence helping you slow down and make sense of what’s happening for you. Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious, all the time. If you find comfort in internet culture, process your feelings through playlists, or love chatting about your latest TV, movie or podcast obsession, we might be a great fit. Even when life looks successful on the outside, it can feel heavy within.
If you are tired of overthinking and carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations, let’s create the space you need to reconnect with what matters most.

You’re the one everyone counts on. You take care of everyone else. But you’re tired. Your mind won’t stop, and you can’t remember the last time you put yourself first.
I help you break free from people-pleasing and begin to trust your own needs and instincts. We will work together so you can learn to say “no” and put yourself first. You’ll realize that it’s okay to care for yourself without feeling bad about it. This change can feel strange at first, but you won’t have to do it alone.
Many of the people I work with put everyone else first. People come to you for help. But asking for help feels hard. You worry about letting people down, even when you’re tired.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about getting to know yourself with kindness. We’ll slow down. We’ll look at the patterns in your life. We’ll learn where they come from and find new ways to deal with worry, guilt, and hard emotions.
I want therapy to feel safe. A place where you can stop pretending and be yourself. Change takes time. It often starts small. You say “no.” You stop thinking about every conversation. You trust yourself more. You are kinder to yourself. Life feels lighter.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I work with adults across Ontario in English and French. I use an attachment-based approach. I also use CBT, ACT, person-centred therapy, and DBT skills. This simply means I draw from a variety of approaches to find what works best for you and your unique needs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy good food, browsing at HomeSense, and unwinding with reality TV.
If this sounds like the right fit, I’d love to meet you. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
