For NEW clients only - READ BEFORE BOOKING: The phone consultation is intended for you to ask questions about the services that I offer and to determine if I'm the best fit for you. Kindly note that no therapy services will be offered during the initial phone call.
Before confirming our call, kindly review the logistics below:
1) SCHEDULE: I offer sessions Tuesday-Saturda, either mornings, afternoons or evenings. To note that evening sessions are the most popular ones and tend to get booked up fairly quickly.
2) PRACTICE DETAILS: I have a hybrid practice, which means I see some clients in-person and some online using a secure platform. If we move forward, we can decide together if telehealth, in-person, or a combination makes the most sense for our work together.
3) LOCATION: My office is located at 1355 Wellington Street West, Suite 202.
4) FEES: Session fees for individual psychotherapy is set at $150(+HST) for a total of $169.50 per 50-minutes. Payment is required at the end of the session, either through credit card or e-transfer. At the end of each session, I provide a receipt that a client can use to submit a claim with their insurance provider to get a refund.
If you've reviewed all this information and would still like to move forward in the process, please proceed by confirming the consultation.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is intended to help individuals improve and maintain their mental health and overall well-being. It occurs when the Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and client enter into a psychotherapeutic relationship where both work together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning. Individuals usually seek psychotherapy when they have thoughts, feelings, moods and behaviours that are adversely affecting their day-to-day lives, relationships and the ability to enjoy life.
